Customer Stories -vol.1-
What our customers have felt is important about RAWJE
We have always been concerned that by purchasing RAWJE jewelry, our customers may find themselves wearing their own treasured jewelry less.
Our ideal is for your jewellery to shine brighter and look better, rather than being worn less.
With this in mind, we are thinking about how we can make the most of the jewelry that our customers cherish.
We are sometimes asked for advice on how to combine items to bring out new appeal.
Sometimes we have customers bring in jewelry that they have lying around at home and we work together in the store to come up with a coordinated look.
Nothing brings us greater joy than seeing our customers say, "I can now coordinate my pieces more than ever before" or "I'm wearing them more often than ever" after trying out different combinations to match the jewelry they already own.
The other day, a customer told me, "It's difficult to coordinate my jewelry, so I have quite a lot of it just sitting there."
So, we had her bring in some items and we worked together to think about how they would go together with RAWJE jewelry.
One day, a long-time customer who had seen the exchange sent us a heartwarming message.
"I feel that the era of just selling things is over.
Now that everyone can share similar information
I think it's important to consider how much satisfaction you can get from face-to-face interactions.
So, if you bring your own jewelry,
It was a wonderful sight to see them being consulted."
These words resonated deeply with me.
What made me happiest was that they sensed the values and essential thoughts that the RAWJE brand holds dear, even though we didn't express them in words. These customers find value not just in the beauty of the jewelry, but in the time we spend together face-to-face. In an age where everyone has access to the same information, they deeply understand the "essential satisfaction" that comes from this place.
We hope that RAWJE jewelry, along with the jewelry you already own, will continue to brighten your days and make them shine even brighter.

Customer Stories -vol.2-
I don't buy jewelry lightly. A customer shared the meaning behind owning jewelry
A customer purchased a RAW ring at POPUP in 2022.
Since that day, the dream of "making an organic bracelet someday" has finally come to fruition this year.
The other day, he visited RC for the first time. When we showed him around the mining-inspired interior and concept, he resonated deeply with each and every detail, enjoying the space itself as an experience. Looking at the three-dimensional object that was a 3D version of the designer's sketches displayed directly in front of the entrance, he learned about the process by which less than 1% of the countless lines take shape, and commented with deep emotion, "Even this bracelet was born from an immense amount of time and handwork."

The customer clearly states that they "don't buy easily."
Taking the time to reflect and choose only what you are sure you truly want. Paying for your purchase with cash, accumulating little by little, and valuing the process of acquiring it, is an approach that overlaps with the ideals RAWJE aspires to. The organic bracelet was selected as the "crystallization of time and determination." Furthermore, her smiling words, "Even the waiting time is enjoyable," reflect the true meaning of owning jewelry.
We also received comments such as, "It's sad to see my favorite store close. I hope RAWJE will continue to exist." She also showed interest in our new Swell earrings and our YouTube channel "The Pedestal of Time," and expressed her wish to "see you in my lifetime." We could sense the warmth in her expression, which shows that she sees RAWJE as more than just jewelry, but as "something to spend time with."
In an age where anything can be obtained instantly, the act of "taking time to choose" as this customer did is the very idea that RAWJE has always valued. Jewelry is born at the moment when the time that the customer puts in and the time that we put in intersect. Meeting this customer was an experience that taught me once again how precious that is.
