Designer's Choice of Unheated Sapphires

-Beauty in imperfection-

While many jewellery pieces strive for perfect brilliance,

rawje has always found beauty in imperfection.

Just like the minute fluctuations, distortions, and imperfections that humans and other living things contain,

The unheated sapphires we are introducing this time also have inclusions and color variations.

It has a natural beauty that requires no processing other than polishing.

Sapphire is famous as a blue gemstone.

In fact, all corundum (mineral name) other than red is collectively called sapphire.

In addition to blue, there are a variety of other colors such as pink, yellow, and green.

Many sapphires are "heat treated" to enhance their color.

It is said that over 90% of sapphires on the market have undergone this treatment.

On the other hand, unheated sapphires retain their original color and appearance without any human intervention.

Only a very small percentage of sapphires can be mined without being heated and still have beautiful colors.

From deep blue to pale, transparent colors, each one has a unique expression and natural color.

Because it has not been artificially adjusted, it has subtle fluctuations and nuances.

The brilliance of any of these stones, as created by nature, is extremely rare and special.

The sapphires we have prepared this time are from Sri Lanka, where a bright, clear blue is typical.

Unheated ones are particularly rare and are highly valued as assets.

Sapphires of the same color are extremely rare.

Unheated sapphire pairs are especially rare, and can be described as a "harmony created by the coincidence of nature."

There are limited opportunities to meet them.

This time, we have selected some gemstones from a collection that has been cultivated by a long-time jeweller for 30 years.

We have prepared a pair of loose stones carefully selected by our designers.

It is extremely rare to see such a large amount of unheated sapphires, which are said to make up only 10% of the market.

Please come and experience the unique colors and nuances and charm that only unheated sapphires can offer.

You can try on samples in store and see the loose stones to check the color and size.

You can choose.

The mysterious harmony of nature can be layered on your daily memories and important milestones.

We hope that rawje jewelry will become a special piece that grows more special with time.
