Free shipping is available within Japan.
When shipping overseas, customs duties may be charged separately depending on the country.
If the address information is incorrect, the order will be canceled, so please be careful when entering the address when ordering.
About returns and exchanges
If the product is defective, damaged due to an accident during shipping, or if you receive a different product, we will exchange it (or refund you in some cases) at our expense.
Please contact the email address below within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges if you contact us after the 8th day.
Product photos are displayed to match the actual color as much as possible, but it may not be exactly the same depending on the customer's viewing environment.
Unless the product is defective, we do not accept returns due to customer reasons, including differences in image, color, scratches, etc.
If you wish to change the ring size after delivery, we will charge a fee to resize the ordered product. Please consult us separately.
About resizing
If a one-of-a-kind ring does not fit the size shown, we will resize it for you.
Available in 0.5 increments for a fee.
It will take approximately 3 weeks for your ring to be resized.
If you are unsure of your size, we will send you a paper ring gauge upon request.

About gift wrapping
