Free shipping within Japan.
When shipping overseas, there may be additional issues that arise in each country.
If the address information is incomplete, your order will be canceled, so please be careful when entering your address when placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

If the product is missing or damaged during delivery, or if you receive a different product, you will be required to pay the shipping costs for the exchange (or in some cases we may offer a refund).
Please contact us at the email address below within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after the 8th day.
We try to display the product photos as close to the actual colors as possible, but they may not look exactly the same depending on your viewing environment.
Unless the product is defective, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer preference, including image priority, color, scratches, etc.

About resizing

If the size displayed for a one-of-a-kind ring does not fit, we will resize it for you.
We accept orders in increments of 0.5 for a fee.
It takes about three weeks to resize a ring. If you are unsure of your ring size, we can provide a paper ring gauge upon request .
